Holder: A legal entity registered in Thailand or having a valid trademark in Thailand. An individual outside Thailand owning a trademark registered in Thailand. Domain name: The domain name must match the Thai organization name (Limited to 1 domain per organisation) The domain name must match a valid trademark name in Thailand (Limited to 1 domain per trademark) If you are interested in registering a .TH domain and you: are a company based in Thailand, you will need to provide a copy of your business license/Affidavit or Thor-kor0401/Por-kor0401 (ThabeanKarnKha) or Por-por20 have a valid trademark in Thailand, you will need to provide a copy of your certificate for that trademark
