The holder must: be a commercial entity licensed in one of the free zones within the United Arab Emirates, or be an applicant for, or a registered holder of a trade mark in the United Arab Emirates. The domain Name must be an exact match, an acronym, an abbreviation, or closely connected to : The name of a company in which the Registrant has a 50% or greater shareholding or which the Registrant controls, or The trading name or trade mark of a company in which the Registrant has a 50% or greater shareholding or which the Registrant controls, or The name of an organization or association controlled by the Registrant.
